LDK Animations – License Information

Welcome to LDK Animations.
Thank you for supporting our work. Please review the following license terms for all products created by LDK Animations.

Personal Use License

All standard LDK Animations products are licensed for personal use only.

You May

  • Use animations on your avatar in Second Life
  • Use animations for personal roleplay
  • Use animations in personal builds or projects

You May Not

  • Resell or redistribute the animations
  • Share animations with other users
  • Claim the animations as your own work
  • Include the animations in products for resale

Full Permission Animations

Full permission animations may be used in your own creations under the following conditions.

You May

  • Use animations inside your products
  • Include animations in scripted objects or HUDs
  • Sell finished products containing the animation

You May Not

  • Sell the animation file by itself
  • Redistribute the animation as full permissions
  • Give the animation away as a standalone item

Animations must always be part of a complete product.

Custom Animation Policy

Custom animation requests include:

  • Non-refundable consultation fee
  • Customer must provide a detailed request notecard
  • Up to three revisions before final delivery

All revisions must be completed before the contract is finalized.

If LDK Animations cannot complete the request, the customer will be notified immediately.

Once a custom animation is delivered as full permission, all LDK license policies apply.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Second Life products:

All sales are final.

Refunds may only be considered for:

  • Product delivery failure
  • Major product malfunction

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or copying is strictly prohibited.
